Terms of Service

Intellectual Property Rights:

Unless otherwise stated, Kairo and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all raw material on Kairo. All intellectual property rights are reserved. Once a Done-For-You copywriting project is fully paid for by the client, total ownership and copyrights of the custom-written text are officially transferred entirely to the client.

Service Delivery & Revisions:

For writing services, estimated turnaround delivery windows (typically 48–72 hours) start only after the client has completely filled out the project intake questionnaire and provided necessary assets. All standard packages include up to two rounds of minor human text revisions by Seth N. within 14 days of asset delivery.

Consultation & Cancellation Policy:

Direct consulting and team training appointments booked via our live calendar widget must be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled call time. Missed sessions without prior written notice may result in forfeiture of the session booking fee.

Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall Kairo or Seth N. be held liable for any marketing performance changes, search engine optimization ranking shifts, or digital platform flags resulting from the implementation of our human-edited AI copywriting content. The final approval and vetting of all copy remain the absolute responsibility of the client.
